Jalen Brunson should get an added boost with the injury to Quickley. He has been all around this number during the playoffs. The Miami Heat have changed the way they guard him. They are sending multiple bodies at Brunson and he struggled in Game 3 by holding onto the ball too long. NBA Playoffs are all about adjustments. After one of their ugliest games of the season, they will have to adjust. Brunson getting the ball out of his hand quicker will be one of those adjustments. With Quickley listed as Doubtful, those added 3-5 minutes for Brunson could make all the difference. Big time players show up in big time games.
Lowry and Brunson are both Villanova alumni, and that is not the only thing they have in common. They are high IQ players who make their team better. Nothing that Kyle Lowry does is pretty. He is just a dawg out there. He has Spoelstra's full trust which earns him all 12-minutes of the 4Q. While Kyle Lowry only had 4 assists last game, he had 15 potential assists. 15!!! Neither team could make an open shot all night long. That is likely to change as these are professionals. Most of Lowry's minutes come with shooters all around and is always likely to make the extra pass for the bucket.

Warriors vs Lakers

Everyone thinks AD is going to do nothing because that is what he did in Game 2 when the Lakers were up in the series. AD scored 25 last game and hardly played the 4th. AD is a mismatch for the Warriors and scores 25 with a half-ass effort today. If he is all-in, 40/25 is not out of the question.
The Warriors have had the worst road defense in the NBA. It has been a problem all year long. It stems from their turnovers and lack of focus on the defensive end. It starts with Jordan Poole & Curry, but everyone is a step slower on defense on the road. In Game 3, the 1H Total ended on 107. There were two seperate 8-minute scoring droughts in the 1H and STILL almost went over. Neither team had much success from the perimeter and the Warriors did not have many turnovers leading to fast breaks. Their turnovers were instead dead ball turnovers which killed the flow of the game. All this and there were 107 1H points. With the Lakers having a lead in the series, they will be very focused for the 2H on the defensive end. The 1H is when you are likely to see less of an effort on defense and a more offensive attack from Russell & the Lakers.
