A Young Starter Faces One of Baseball’s Most Productive Lineups Tonight

Friday, September 25 | Dodgers at Giants | 10:15 PM ET

Tonight’s free play is Dodgers team total Over 4.5 runs (-110).

The matchup starts with San Francisco’s projected starter, Yunior Marte. He has a 4.66 ERA and 1.40 WHIP through 19 innings. That’s a small sample, but the nine walks in those innings stand out against a Dodgers lineup with a .339 on-base percentage. Los Angeles has scored 790 runs and hit 199 home runs this season, giving it more than one way to reach five tonight.

The Dodgers have scored only one and two runs in their last two games, so this is no automatic play. We like the matchup enough to take the full-game team total, which gives their lineup nine innings to get there.

Yesterday’s Game of the Week won, and Team Jack is 5-0 in its last five big games. We have a 7-unit top-tier play tonight and another massive game tomorrow. Get the full slate with the Weekend Package and use code TEAMJACK for 10% off.
