While I think Slater is a good addition to the Buffs, this team has a ton of turnover and is playing against a well-oiled machine in Georgia Tech. Do I think King wins the Heisman? No. Do I think 100-1 is a phenomenal price? Yes. Two tough games vs Clemson & Georgia, both at home.. If they can get through this game, they could make some noise led by King.
They had one of the best run games in the country last season and brought back all the key pieces plus a great RB transfer from Penn. I believe GT has a top-5 offensive coordinator in the country. They have a damn good offensive system and with another year under the belt, this offense should hum. With a ton of motion, fakes & counters... Colorado's completely new defense will have to be on their A-game if they want to compete in this one.
