Phillies vs Braves 


Braves +1.5

Ranger Suárez takes the mound for Philly with a strong 3.07 ERA and he’s been the anchor for this staff all year, but the books have priced the Phillies heavy and that leaves the door open for us to grab the Braves on the +1.5 run line sitting right around -130 odds, a sweet spot for value, yes Bryce Elder has been inconsistent with that ugly 6.12 ERA but Atlanta’s lineup can still put runs on the board and keep games close, and the data backs it up with simulations giving the Braves a better than 50% chance to cover this number, so we don’t need them to win outright just stay within a run which is exactly the type of play that cashes in a division rivalry spot where teams know each other well, tight ballgame expected, Phillies probably edge it but we’ll ride the dog run line at a clean -130 and scoop the value.
