Patrick Mahomes Over 36.5 Passing Attempts (-115)
Mahomes has been slinging it early this season, averaging just over 38 attempts per game and clearing this line in 3 of his last 4. The Chiefs’ run game has struggled to find rhythm, forcing Andy Reid to lean heavier on Mahomes’ arm especially in tight matchups like this one against Jacksonville’s aggressive front. The Jaguars rank middle of the pack in opponent yards per rush but are far more vulnerable through the air, allowing over 250 passing yards per game. With Kansas City’s offensive identity built around quick passes and extended drives, Mahomes should easily push past 37 attempts as the Chiefs look to control tempo and counter the Jaguars’ pressure with a heavy dose of short and intermediate throws.
