TEAM JACK SUNDAY FUNDAY: 16 UNITS IN PLAY + FREE PLAY
Team Jack is coming into Sunday with momentum after cashing our NCAAF Game of the Week yesterday, and we are not slowing down.
We have a massive 16 units in play today across the NFL and MLB. This is one of our biggest Sunday cards, and the full card is available through Sunday Funday.
Now let’s get into today’s free play.
NFL FREE PLAY: BALTIMORE RAVENS -3.5 VS. DALLAS COWBOYS
Kickoff: 4:25 PM ETPlay: Baltimore Ravens -3.5
We’re backing Baltimore in Rio.
The biggest reason starts with the matchup between the Baltimore rushing attack and the Dallas run defense. Through two games, Baltimore is averaging 155 rushing yards per game and 5.3 yards per carry. Dallas has gone in the opposite direction, allowing 173.5 rushing yards per game and 5.0 yards per carry. That is exactly where I want Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry attacking this Cowboys defense.
Baltimore's offense has produced 434.5 total yards per game, compared with just 294.5 for Dallas. The Ravens have also averaged 29 points per game through the first two weeks. theScore
Dallas has its own offensive weapons, and Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb are absolutely capable of making this a game. But the Cowboys also enter Sunday short-handed defensively. Cornerback Cobie Durant and safeties Malik Hooker and P.J. Locke are out, along with linebacker DeMarvion Overshown. Russell Street Report
Baltimore has injury concerns of its own. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley is out and Zay Flowers is questionable with a hamstring injury. On the positive side, defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike and linebacker Teddye Buchanan have no injury designation and are set to make their season debuts. Baltimore Ravens
That matters because Baltimore needs to pressure Dak and keep Dallas from turning this into a shootout.
This isn't a play based on Baltimore simply being the bigger name. I like the matchup. Baltimore has the more productive offense through two weeks, has a significant rushing matchup to attack, and Dallas enters the game missing multiple pieces on defense.
