Although you all know how much I hate the Cavs... we're going to run with them today. Detroit has shocked everybody by jumping out to a 2-0 series lead, but now the pressure completely shifts heading back to Cleveland. This is the exact type of spot where veteran teams respond, and I expect the Cavaliers to come out desperate tonight. Cleveland has simply been too good at home all season long to fall behind 3-0, and with Donovan Mitchell leading the way, I think we finally see their offense play at the level everyone expected entering this series.

The Pistons have been phenomenal defensively, but asking a young team to continue this level of intensity on the road is a different story. Cleveland should control tempo better, attack the paint more aggressively, and force Detroit into uncomfortable half-court possessions. The Cavs know this season is basically on the line tonight, and desperation matters in the NBA playoffs. Give me Cleveland -4.5 at home to get back into this series. 🏀
